Nikhil, Founder Lakshyaa, is Former Chief Programme Executive, National Foundation for CSR, IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He played a key role from the government side in the formulation and nation-wide rollout of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as per Section 135, Companies Act 2013 - Legislation, Rules, Policy, Strategy, Compliance (Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Reporting); he also specializes in CSR Grant Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks, Impact Assessment, Project Management etc., and is currently involved in “Compliance to Impact with Sustainability” advising to governments, corporates, NGOs, and Academia on CSR and Sustainable Development.

A dedicated professional with a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics. Possesses a strong blend of analytical thinking and creative expression, with expertise in the following areas:

Abhilasha holds a Master's degree in English with a specialization in Computational Linguistics and has developed a diverse professional background spanning language, technology, quality assurance, and social media. Her experience includes working as an English Subject Matter Expert, Copyeditor, AI Analyst, and Quality Expert, where she has honed her skills in content evaluation, linguistic analysis, editing, quality control, and AI data assessment. She is passionate about leveraging her expertise in language and technology to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes while continuously learning and adapting to evolving industry standards. Her strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence enable her to contribute effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.

With over 6 years of dynamic experience, CA Ibrahim specializes in CSR accounting, monitoring, and compliance, having conducted ground visit monitoring in Kashmir and other Indian states to ensure effective CSR implementation and impact assessment.

He is also a seasoned expert in Income Tax, GST, Statutory Audit, Financial Analysis, and Management Consulting, offering end-to-end solutions for businesses and NGOs alike. His blend of analytical expertise and on-ground CSR engagement makes him a trusted advisor in both corporate and development sectors.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Trinity College, Hartford, CT, USA. At Trinity he was a member of the Squash team that won 2 National Championship Titles in USA. Mudit Represented India in Squash in U17 and U19 junior categories.

Vasu holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India. He is a software architect and heads technology at REACHA, Lakshyaa and LIF.

Shajad Nagra is a development professional with over five years of experience across the social impact, consulting, auditing, and corporate sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, along with degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Delhi. Prior to moving into the development sector, he worked with organisations such as Ernst & Young (EY) and other consulting firms.

In his current role, he supports multi-state programme operations, stakeholder engagement, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and team coordination. Passionate about inclusive development and community empowerment, he has worked extensively with rural communities across India. He is known for his ability to navigate complex operational challenges, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and foster strong professional relationships while maintaining a focus on accountability and impact.

Graduate with professional qualifications in ECG Technician and Architectural Assistantship. Expertise in content management across multiple projects by collecting, organizing, and maintaining raw content. Strong interest in graphic designing, which allows me to combine creativity with technical expertise in my professional endeavors.

An MA graduate in Anthropology, Swetlin brings a strong understanding of people, communities, and cultural perspectives to her work. With a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to documentation, she specializes in collecting raw data, organizing information, and creating clear and impactful records of work and outreach. She is particularly passionate about engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and values meaningful communication that reflects authenticity and inclusivity.

Neeraj Yadav holds a Master's degree in Financial Accounting and has over 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and compliance. He possesses practical expertise in GST return filing, TDS return filing, financial reporting, and accounting operations.

He is proficient in accounting and taxation software, including Tally and Computax, and has experience in managing financial data with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to his technical expertise, he has participated in field visits, including a ground visit in Kashmir, where he gained valuable exposure to project implementation, monitoring, and community engagement activities.
